As ETP, we want to be an important and decisive partner for European institutions to protect the quality and taste of food, promote the food know-how of Artisans, and facilitate exchanges between chefs throughout Europe. We want to maintain Polish culture and culinary tradition. Raise consumer awareness through education and good eating habits. We will promote health by providing healthy food without chemical additives in food products, by promoting natural and seasonal products. We will ensure that information is correctly labeled to provide consumers with the relevant information they need to make responsible choices. We will protect European culinary heritage in its diversity, origins and typicality.
