Switzerland

Our association has 2000 cooks and chefs in Europe, organized into 10 national offices. It is the only association of chefs represented in the European Parliament in Brussels. In Switzerland we currently have 45 members and our growth is growing. Each member adheres to a code of honor (code of self-discipline) which commits them to defending a profession and promoting the quality of the products of their country, region and terroir.
