Change of committee at the head of Euro-Toques Suisse: a new generation of culinary commitment
Lausanne, March 17, 2025 – At its Annual General Meeting, held on March 17, 2025, at the École hôtelière de Lausanne, the Euro-Toques Suisse association formalized a change of committee, marking the end of an era and the opening of a new chapter for this organization committed to defending quality products and artisanal know-how.
After more than 20 years as president, Thierry Bréhonnet has passed the torch to Fabien Thomas, the new president, unanimously elected. The committee has also been renewed and is now composed of:
- Jean-Maurice Michellod and Jean-Jacques Danthine, vice-presidents
- Joan Saint-Martin, treasurer
- Romain Baudois, secretary
The new team expressed its honor to continue the mission of Euro-Toques Switzerland, founded on values of respect for products, producers, and the transmission of culinary knowledge, in line with the Euro-Toques European Charter.
The General Assembly was also an opportunity to warmly thank the outgoing committee for its continued commitment, as well as the association’s members and partners for their renewed trust.
